Happy Birthday

Hello fellow groovers,
please don't faint two postings in a week, no I am not ill!, I just had to wait for a friend to get her birthday card before I could post it :)

The stamp I used is Tilda with Hawaiian Flower
Magnolia paper Rosy Butteryfly
Of course I snuck in a little Glossy accents on the shoes and a little sprinkle of Hero Arts prisma glitter just to jazz things up a little.
For the Copics I used my Fav Pinks R85, R83, R81
Greens: G24, G21, G20
Browns E44, E43, E42, E41, E40
Skin: E02, E00, E000, E0000 and for the blush R20
Sorry I missed most of you on saturday my friends turned up earlier than we had arranged and no matter how hard I tried the night before to get them to come along I don't know why but non crafters have a really strange idea of what a demo day will be, they seem to think it will be boring but with Chris heading the demo they couldnt be more wrong. So I only managed to grab  about 30 mins watching Chris, who as always was fantastic, gutted I didnt get to see more.
So hope to catch up with you all soon :)

Sneaky Peak

Hello Fellow groovers,
Well I have to say I am one of a lucky few who have managed to get their hands on a couple of the new release Molly Blooms, and they are fabulous, they should be up on sirstampalots website soon. I know some of the other design team also got a few samples so check out the gallery to see some of the other new releases on their way :)

The stamps I used are Molly with brolley, Duck in puddle, and the April showers text.
I distressed the edges with Broken China distress ink, and used a martha stewart botonical border punch.
The copis I used are: Blues B02, B01, B000, B0000
Browns: E44, E43, E42, E41, E40
Skin:E02, E00, E000, E0000, R20
and YR02, YR00 for the duck beak and legs and finally a bit of C1 for shading.
I had to use glossy accents on the wellies, brolley and rain drops.
I just love the new range of stamps, I cant wait for the new launch.

Spread the love

Hi fellow bloggers,
I finally managed to uninstall the software that made my computer go at a snails pace, so I can blog again.
Seriously I would turn the computer on, have a bath, make my dinner, do my ironing and the computer still would be trying to load up my internet connection !!!!
So here is my latest creation, I was aiming for an old fashioned sepia photo look that had a hint of skin colour, just to explain why its so monotone in colour,  I hope you like it :)
